Job Title: IT/AV & Security Foreman
Job Summary: We are systems integrator company based in Riyadh seeking a highly skilled IT/AV & Security Foreman to lead a team of technicians ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians.
• Assign daily tasks to technicians and oversee their execution.
• Report progress and any issues to the project manager.
• Identify the scope of work and read project drawings.
• Submit daily reports on the status of the project.
• Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards.
• Maintain good communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, AV and security foremanship.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
