• Manage daily camp operations, including catering, housing, and maintenance.
• Supervise camp staff and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure camp facilities meet health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for camp residents.
• Maintain inventory, schedules and reports.

Requirements:
• Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in camp management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and live on-site.

Education
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in camp management, health & safety, or similar fields would be an advantage.
