We Are looking for Procurement Engineer to Join Our Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Our company is a leading provider of innovative solutions and supply for LPG Gas Systems, Diesel, Fire Fighting, and Fire Alarm systems. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and evaluate potential suppliers of materials, equipment, and services related to LPG Gas Systems, Diesel Fire Fighting, and Fire Alarm Systems.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify competitive pricing and available options.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing and terms.
• Manage the procurement process from initial sourcing to final delivery and installation.
• Ensure timely delivery of all procured items.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that may arise.
• Conduct regular supplier evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
• Review and analyse contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure timely completion of all obligations.
• Resolve any contract disputes or issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.
• Compile and maintain a database of suppliers and their offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.
• Handling Saber System for the issuance of COC, IECEE and shipment certificates and clearance of shipments from Saudi Customs.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6years of experience in procurement within the construction or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Proven experience in sourcing and procuring materials for LPG Gas Systems, Diesel Fire Fighting, and Fire Alarm Systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management1 skills.



Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Experience with international procurement and logistics.
