About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage cleaning operations at various client sites across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, ensuring they adhere to established cleaning procedures and schedules.
* Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure quality standards are met.
* Address client concerns and resolve any cleaning-related issues promptly.
* Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
* Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inventory.
* Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations.
* Order and manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in a pest control or facility management company.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Experience working in Saudi Arabia (preferred).
* Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
