We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo Developer & Implementation Specialist who will take charge of implementing Odoo ERP solutions for our clients and ensuring their needs and requirements are effectively met. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in Odoo, project management skills, and exceptional client relationship management capabilities.

Important-Note: Must possess "Odoo Functional Certification" for Version 17 or Version 18.

Responsibilities:

Odoo Implementation:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP solutions for clients, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to post-implementation support.

Analyze client requirements and business processes to customize Odoo modules and configurations accordingly.

Configure, test, and deploy Odoo modules, including but not limited to CRM, sales, inventory, accounting, HR, and manufacturing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and consultants to deliver comprehensive Odoo solutions that align with client objectives.


Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the Odoo implementation process, fostering strong relationships and understanding their evolving needs.

Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or issues promptly.

Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional Odoo modules or services based on client requirements and business objectives.

Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality Odoo solutions that meet or exceed expectations, while adhering to agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
