Description

We are inspection Company, located in Yanbu.
We have a shutdown in one Client Plant.
Start of Shutdown is (26 January 2025),
Duration (three weeks)

Position required (Process Safety Engineer)
To do the followings:
1- Involve in Plant safe shutdown activities such as Positive isolation, Depressurization, Purging, etc.
2- Participation in risk assessment / JSA for performing Hazardous activities
3- Participation in review of Temporary MOC package
4- Participation in PSSR
5- Review of Temporary SOP, if any
6- Review of hazards involved in newly handled chemicals in T/A
7- Involve in Plant safe pre-startup activities such as Plant box up, Purging etc.
8- PSM Assurance Responsibilities
9- Ensure no LOPC / no Process safety near misses
10- Ensure overdue PSV’s are calibrated
11- Ensue PSM recommendations waiting for T/A are being implemented and closed in system with proper evidence
12- Ensure Temporary repairs are being attended for permanent solution and MOC’s are closed properly
13- Ensure Safety interlocks bypassed for Turnaround activities are normalized after Turnaround
14- Inspection of MOC projects execution in the field
15- Ensure SDPM (Shutdown PM tasks) and critical CM tasks hold for shutdown are being executed

Requirements:
A- Bachelor of chemical Engineering or
Diploma of Chemical Engineering
Sufficient knowledge and experience in process safety management.
Turnaround / Shutdown experience of process safety management in Petrochemical / Refinery with min 7 years’ experience.
