We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field. The role involves ensuring efficient and smooth operations of the supply chain process while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Plan and track shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to address issues or delays.
Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for shipments, invoices, and orders.
Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor and report key performance metrics for logistics operations.
Collaborate with the warehouse and transportation teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve logistical queries or issues.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with logistics software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
Other Requirements:
Female candidates are preferred for this role.
Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
