About the job
SJ GROUP is currently looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic
team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all aspects
of a major construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional
with extensive expertise in project management and construction processes to contribute to
impactful infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and
resource allocation.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with
project goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other
stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring that financial targets are met and that all
expenditures are justified and documented.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet required quality standards and are completed
on time and within scope.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring that all adjustments are
properly documented and communicated.
• Represent the company in client meetings, workshops, and presentations, demonstrating
technical expertise and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Contracting fields (asphalting and street development).
• Must have experience in administering the overall activities of Contractor personnel
and ensure the contract terms and conditions are complied. ARMACO experience is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer or Mechanical field, a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Ability to lead diverse teams, inspire collaboration, and manage conflicts effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a highly skilled team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement
and reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
