Kitchen Artist Part-Time (Ramadan)

• Prepares all kinds of decorative work for Ramadan banquet buffets and show pieces including ice carving, styrofoam, chocolates or any other type as per business demand for banquet events and restaurants.
• Creates visually stunning food displays, sculptures, and centerpieces using edible materials such as fruits, vegetables, sugar, chocolate, and Ice.
• Takes responsibility for the decoration and design for Ramadan events to make sure that the decoration is 100% ok as per the hygiene standards.
• Ensures the smooth running of the section and see that all areas of section maintain and all decorative work has been completed as per company’s standards.
• Constantly checks the quality of materials used for decorations.
• Insists on a uniform visual appearance of all decoration prepared. Presentation must be prepared according to the standards.
• Responsible for the correct timing of service and to ensure that ice carving or any other decorations are always of the highest standards and on time.
• To work closely with the pastry chef in regards to the cake decorations as per required standards.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Kitchen Artist or in a similar role.
• Strong artistic and creative skills with expertise in food carving, sugar work, chocolate artistry, and ice carving.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for aesthetics.
• Artistic and creative vision.
• Expertise in various mediums, including fruits, vegetables, sugar, and chocolate.
