Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Control Engineer to oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting for a prestigious Saudi Aramco project. The ideal candidate will ensure the project is executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with Saudi Aramco standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6.
✔ Establish and monitor project budgets and cost baselines.
✔ Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
✔ Generate progress reports for stakeholders and clients.
✔ Lead and mentor the project control team.
✔ Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals.

Requirements:
🔹 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (PMP certification preferred).
🔹 Experience: 10+ years in project controls, including 5+ years on Saudi Aramco projects.
🔹 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6, cost management tools, and risk analysis.
🔹 Knowledge: Strong understanding of Saudi Aramco standards and compliance requirements.
🔹 Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
