Description

We are looking for senior estimation engineers for Rawabi Manufacturing Company of KSA companies:

• Main Responsibilities:

o Review proposal specifications, and drawings, attend pre-bid meetings to determine the
scope of work and required contents of estimate
o To ensure the preparation of technical and commercial tenders:
o Select vendors and/or subcontractors and determine the cost-effectiveness of projects to be
bid.
o Prepare discipline estimates by calculating the complete takeoff of the scope of work
o Review design options and recommend the best solution based on cost, engineering quality,
or availability of materials
o To ensure preparation and submission of formal quotation documents to Customer in a
timely manner.

• Main Competencies:
o Knowledge in Cost Estimation Methods
o Knowledge in BOQ preparation
o Knowledge in Quantity Take - Off & Measurement Methods
o Knowledge in Value Engineering Principles
o Knowledge of International & Local Building Specifications Standards (is must)
o Knowledge of design principles and rule-of-thumb methods.
o Knowledge of communicating with the supplier and getting the discounted price quotation.
o knowledge of REVIT and BIM
o KSA experience is preferable.

• Education and Experience:
o Bachelor's degree in Civil ( 5-7 year experience)
o Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (5-7 year experience)
o Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (5-7 year experience)
• Preferably Candidate living in Saudi Arabia).
• Must have transferrable iqama.
• Nationality : Any Salary SAR 8000 - 15000 FAT
