Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Catering Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the preparation and execution of catering menus, ensuring exceptional quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following established recipes and standards.
- Creatively design and decorate dishes suitable for various events and occasions.
- Ensure food is presented with attention to detail, delivering a visually appealing dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef in catering or the hospitality industry.
- Strong skills in food decoration and plating techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
