As an Event 3D Designer you will have the opportunity to bring visions to life and create immersive environments for a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to social celebrations. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to transform spaces into captivating experiences will be essential in crafting unforgettable events that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team to understand their event objectives, vision
Create innovative and captivating event concepts and Exhibition stand designs that align with client requirements and objectives
Produce detailed 2D and 3D event designs, including floor plans, mood boards, and visual renderings, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and vendors
Source and select appropriate décor, furniture, lighting, and other design elements to bring the event design to life
Coordinate and oversee the implementation of event designs, ensuring that all elements are set up according to plan and executed flawlessly
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new design techniques, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to events


Requirements

Proven experience as an Event Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing event design capabilities
Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong conceptualization and visual storytelling skills
Excellent knowledge of event design principles, including space planning, color theory, and aesthetic composition
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Positive attitude, creativity, and ability to think outside the box
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, team members, and vendors.
