About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Perfume Brand Manager and E-Commerce Specialist to oversee all aspects of managing our perfume brand and its online presence. The ideal candidate will handle everything from inventory management to marketing campaigns, ensuring our brand continues to grow and resonate with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, restock products as needed, and ensure timely availability of items.
• Product Management: Oversee the launch of new products, including adding them to the website and creating engaging descriptions.
• Customer Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries promptly, and build strong relationships with our customers.
• Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to promote the brand on social media platforms.
• Content Creation: Design banners, posts, and other promotional materials for social media and the website.
• Brand Awareness: Bring innovative ideas to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.
• E-Commerce Management: Manage the website, ensuring it is updated, user-friendly, and optimized for sales.
• Administrative Tasks: Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, planning, and presentations.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in managing online stores, including e-commerce platforms.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique marketing strategies.
• Graphic design skills for creating high-quality social media content.
• Proven track record in customer service and relationship management.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
• Familiarity with advertising on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
