Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed **bills of quantities (BOQ)** for civil and mechanical projects.
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to assess material, labor, and equipment requirements.
- Monitor project costs, prepare cost reports, and manage budgets.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to gather accurate pricing.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts to ensure cost efficiency.
- Perform quantity take-offs and ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Identify variations in project scope and prepare cost implications.

### **Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Quantity Surveying**, or a related field.
- **5-10 years of experience** in quantity surveying for civil and mechanical projects.
- Strong knowledge of **costing, estimation, and BOQ preparation**.
- Familiarity with construction contracts and procurement processes.
- Proficient in estimation tools like **PlanSwift, CostX, or Excel**.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
