Purpose of the PPC Executive Role:
The PPC Executive is responsible for developing and executing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies across the Google Ads platform, with the goal of attracting high-quality leads for our brand. Supported by the PPC Manager, you will be responsible for daily performance analysis, account and budget management, and implementing bidding strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal lead volume.
What You Will Do as a PPC Executive at Flowway:
Develop and execute a comprehensive PPC strategy for the company, ensuring the achievement of specific lead volume targets.
Manage account budgets, define bidding strategies, and set clear objectives for all activities to measure Return on Investment (ROI).
Monitor and improve paid search performance, focusing on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as impression share, click-through rate, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Apply best practices across all campaigns to ensure optimal account efficiency.
Conduct experiments to test new features and strategies, consistently adopting a "test and learn" approach.
Prepare and analyze reports to provide stakeholders with clear insights into performance and results.
Monitor competitors' PPC activities and leverage auction insights to enhance performance and improve our competitive position.
Qualities We Seek in the Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a PPC role - essential.
Strong commercial mindset.
Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
