Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Riyadh Region. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, conducting interviews, and recruiting top talent to support our growth and development.
Qualifications
Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Employer Branding skills
Interviewing and Recruiting skills
Experience in talent sourcing and attracting candidates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in the catering or hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
