Looking for Sourcing Specialist for our client requirement:
Job Contract: Long term
Location: Al Jubail

• Source and negotiate competitive cost solutions within designated product categories to support customer RFQs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to confirm customer applications, downstream product touchpoints, and determine accurate technical specifications.

• Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with both Preferred and non-Preferred suppliers to meet the technical needs of the requests.
• Research and source new suppliers when necessary to ensure product requirements are met.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualification & Exp:
• College degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of work experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management, preferably within Heavy Equipment Rental Management industries in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in planning, sourcing, negotiating, and supplier management is preferred.
