Job Description

Projects Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a construction project from inception to completion, ensuring it meets budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements. Manages a team of cross functional professionals, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and mitigates risks to deliver successful project outcomes.

The key responsibilities include:
1. Develops and implements project plans, schedules, and budgets.
2. Manages resources, assigns tasks, and supervises project team members.
3. Monitors project progress, identifies and resolves issues, and implements corrective actions.
4. Ensures adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
5. Manages project communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
6. Identifies and mitigates potential project risks.
7. Prepares and presents project reports to keep stakeholders informed.
