Urgently Hiring:
Bidding Engineer (Mechanical) – Al Khobar

responsible for site visits, preparing and writing proposals, coordinating with various departments, and utilizing knowledge of job execution. Plays a key role in the bidding process and contribute to the company’s growth in the region.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering, project management, or related roles, with a focus on bid management and tendering processes.
• Proven track record of successfully preparing and submitting bids for engineering projects
• Strong technical background in engineering disciplines (mechanical, civil, electrical, or process engineering)
• Excellent understanding of bid management principles, tendering procedures, and contract negotiations.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis, with the ability to develop competitive pricing strategies and commercial offers.
• Advanced skills in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and solutions clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in bid documentation and analysis.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in Sales and Procurement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Traveling and driving ability to remote sites
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
