Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer or Client Relations Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to expand our market presence. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while maximizing company profits.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in sales or client management, and a passion for building lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to grow the company’s portfolio.
o Develop and execute strategic plans to target new clients and expand existing accounts.
o Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
o Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
• Client Relations:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
o Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
o Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
o Monitor and evaluate the success of ongoing projects and client engagements, proposing improvements or adjustments when necessary.
o Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and enhance brand visibility.
o Represent the company in negotiations, conferences, and public forums as needed.
o Foster a positive company image and culture through effective client communications.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, client relations in Contracting sector (minimum of 2–3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
