We are looking for a Business Consultant
Industry: Consultancy (Government, Legal, and Business Setup Services)
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will guide clients through the complexities of establishing and managing businesses in compliance with local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation and Advisory:
• Provide expert advice on business setup processes, including company registration, licensing, and compliance with Saudi regulations.
• Develop customized strategies to meet clients’ business goals while navigating regulatory requirements.

2. Government Liaison:
• Act as a liaison with government entities such as SAGIA, ZATCA, and other regulatory bodies for document processing and approvals.
• Monitor changes in Saudi government policies, legal frameworks, and compliance requirements, ensuring clients remain informed and compliant.

3. Market Research and Feasibility Studies:
• Conduct industry and market analysis to identify opportunities and risks for clients.
• Prepare feasibility reports to assess the viability of new ventures in Saudi Arabia.

4. Documentation and Process Management:
• Oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of required documentation for legal, financial, and government processes.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of records in alignment with organizational and legal standards.

5. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality, personalized services.
• Provide continuous support and updates throughout the business setup journey and post-establishment phase.

6. Business Process Improvement:
• Analyze clients’ operational workflows and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and compliance.
• Offer insights into cost-saving measures, tax optimization, and legal safeguards.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams (legal, financial, and administrative) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Coordinate with external partners, such as auditors and legal advisors, when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.

Experience:
• 3+ years of relevant experience in business consultancy, government services, or a related field in Saudi Arabia.

Skills:
• Strong understanding of Saudi government regulations, business laws, and setup procedures.
• Arabic and English language (written and spoken).
• Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex legal and financial information.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM tools.
