Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Consultant to join our team in Yanbu. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in contract management within the oil and gas industry and will be responsible for ensuring all contracts are in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. You will manage contracts from initiation through execution and liaise with various departments to ensure successful implementation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage contracts and services in accordance with company policies.
Assist in the preparation and negotiation of various contracts.
Meet with customers to discuss business and legal matters.
Approve all contract and contract management materials.
Ensure all contract documentation is kept up to date.
Ensure compliance of contracts with the company’s policies and procedures.
Inform internal and external stakeholders about the status of contracts.
Investigate and address any contract issues that arise.
Liaise with the Contracting Unit and Legal Department to review and update outdated contracts in compliance with GDPR regulations and cybersecurity standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferable).
10-15 years of experience in contract management, particularly in the oil and gas industry.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to work efficiently and flexibly.
Strong interpersonal skills, tact, confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment when dealing with sensitive situations and information.
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
