**Key Requirements:**
1. **ARAMCO Approval:**
- Mandatory requirement: Candidate must hold valid ARAMCO approval as a QA/QC Manager.
2. **Educational Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3. **Experience:**
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC management in mechanical works, with at least 5 years in ARAMCO projects.
4. **Standards and Regulations:**
- In-depth knowledge of ARAMCO standards, international codes (e.g., ASME, API), and industry best practices.
5. **Project Expertise:**
- Proven experience in overseeing QA/QC activities for large-scale mechanical works such as piping, welding, HVAC systems, and static/dynamic equipment.
6. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Proficient in preparing and reviewing quality documentation, including ITPs, method statements, NCRs, and inspection reports.
7. **Leadership and Team Management:**
- Ability to lead QA/QC teams, train personnel, and ensure adherence to project quality objectives.
8. **Coordination with Stakeholders:**
- Skilled in coordinating with clients, contractors, and third-party inspectors.
9. **Audits and Inspections:**
- Expertise in conducting internal/external audits and ensuring compliance with ARAMCO quality standards.
10. **Problem-Solving:**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve quality issues on-site effectively.
11. **Certifications:**
- Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, API Inspector, or CSWIP (preferred).

**Note:** Only candidates with ARAMCO approval and relevant mechanical QA/QC experience will be considered.
