Description

Required Material Expeditor with Saudi Aramco Experience:
• Education:
o A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
o Certification in materials management or supply chain (such as APICS or other industry certifications) is an advantage.
• Experience:
o At least 3-5 years of experience in material expediting, logistics, or supply chain management, with experience working on Aramco projects or in an Aramco-related environment.
o Proven knowledge of Aramco's procurement, supply chain systems, and delivery standards.
o Experience in handling materials and logistics for large-scale oil, gas, or industrial projects.
o Familiarity with Aramco’s documentation standards and digital procurement platforms (such as SAP or Aramco’s Supplier Portal).
• Skills:
o Strong organizational and communication skills.
o Excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve supply chain and logistics challenges.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
o Knowledge of Saudi Arabian customs and regulations concerning material import/export.
• Language:
o Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus, but not required).
