Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Provide technical support and guidance to clients
* Negotiate contracts and close deals

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)
* 5+ years of experience in sales within the construction industry
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
