Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Estimator and Planner to manage the estimation and planning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for construction projects. This dual-role requires expertise in cost estimation, resource planning, and project scheduling, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cost Estimation: Review project plans and specifications to estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for MEP systems.
Prepare accurate cost breakdowns and manage the bidding process.

* Quantity Takeoffs: Perform detailed takeoffs of MEP materials and labor requirements.

* Project Scheduling: Develop and manage the project timeline for MEP installations. Coordinate tasks and resources, ensuring all work is completed on schedule.

* Resource Management: Plan and allocate materials, labor, and equipment efficiently to meet project needs.

* Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure coordination and alignment of MEP work with other project components.

* Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, comparing actual costs with estimates, and recommend cost-saving measures where possible.

* Risk Management: Identify and address potential scheduling or cost risks to prevent delays or budget overruns.

* Reporting: Provide regular updates on the status of MEP costs, schedules, and any issues affecting project timelines or budgets.

**Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience in same role for a minimum of 5 years.
* Bachelors degree in Engineering.
* Proven experience in MEP estimation and planning for construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and building codes.
* Proficiency in estimating software and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera).
* Knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting MEP drawings and creating layouts.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

* Valid Saudi driving license.
* Transferable iqama and able to join immediately.
