qualifications:
aramco approved or aramco experienced certification.
degree or diploma in safety management or a related field.
proven experience in safety supervision, particularly in industrial or construction environments.
strong knowledge of safety regulations, procedures, and industry best practices.
excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
key responsibilities:
implement and monitor safety programs to ensure a safe work environment.
conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
enforce adherence to safety standards, policies, and procedures.
investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive actions.
provide safety training to all site personnel.
ensure all safety equipment is maintained and available.
work closely with project managers and construction teams to ensure safe practices.
certification in additional safety programs (nebosh, iosh, etc.)
experience in managing large teams and multi-disciplinary projects.
requirement:
candidate should have valid iqama id.
