Description

We are looking for an Accounts & Inventory Officer for our warehouse in Alkhumra, following will conclude the job description of required personnel

• Ensuring timely inward or outward of inventory is as per POs or SOs
• Recording all inventory transactions in the accounting system.
• Ensuring the accuracy of inventory numbers by monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular audits and reconciliations, and correcting discrepancies.
• Preparing inventory reports for management,
• Analyzing inventory trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborating with other departments, including purchasing, and sales, to ensure accurate inventory forecasting and planning.
• Reconciling daily location wise sales & expenses with Cash and bank ledgers.
• Keeping location wise record of expenses
• Keeping accurate record of receivables and payable and timely follow up with sales person in respect of overdue receivables.
• Preparing quarterly vat reports for submission with zatca


Requirements
• Must be familiar with ERPs, experience of ODOO is a plus.
• At least one year experience in related fields
• Must be good in writing and understanding English
• Have good leadership skills
• Is not afraid/hesitant of engaging in ground work in order to timely complete tasks.
