Ensure scaffolding on site is used correctly and safely and the scaffolding access process is implemented throughout the site.
Develop a scaffold training regime and carry out training for all scaffolders coming to the site
Ensure all scaffolds have designs prior to erection
Implement a daily verification process to confirm scaffolds are built in accordance with design
Set-up the process and manage the scaffold materials coming to site and leaving site
Maintain a clear register of on-hire and off-hire scaffold
All scaffold is to be counted on arrival and off hired
Develop a security process for scaffold deliveries or removal with an authorised person
Maintain a register of all purchased material
Daily walks to review scaffold usage and off-hire materials if not required
Maintain & store all cellar blocks for scaffold usage. Have a register for usage on-site
Forecast and monitor all indirect scaffold workers
Forecast and monitor all scaffold supervisors
Co-ordination with engineering team & suppliers regarding scaffold design
Develop material requests for procurement for PO’s to be issued

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Advanced scaffolding certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., CITB, CISRS, or equivalent).
Minimum of 12-15 years of scaffolding experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in managing large scaffolding operations and installations on large-scale or Tier 1 construction projects (e.g., high-rise buildings, stadium, industrial facilities, or infrastructure).
Strong understanding of various scaffolding systems, designs, and technique like PERI, SGB, DOKA, Couplock.
Advanced Scaffolding Certificate (CISRS Advanced Scaffolder or equivalent).
Scaffold Inspection Certificate.
Safety Certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety management certification; OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety?or?equivalent)

*Priority for those inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who have Transferable iqama and can join immediately: 10 Days Maximum.
