We are looking for a CNC Machine and Fabrication Shop Foreman. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead our CNC operations and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the CNC machine shop, ensuring all projects are completed on time and meet required specifications.
2. Schedule Work Assignments: create and manage work schedules for machine operators, ensuring optimal resource allocation and workflow efficiency.
3. Quality Control: conduct regular inspections of finished products and processes to ensure adherence to specifications and industry standards.
4. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
5. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.
