Valid TSD Card Enrolled / approved for Commissioning Service department CSD / Technical Service Department (TSD) updated training
Ajeer / Muqeem Paper may be needed
Preferred one : should be served thru any approved / registered third party of SEC/NG
Last issued permit shall be required to evaluation
