We are looking for an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing Shopify and other retail portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online store, optimizing product listings, coordinating with internal teams, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Shopify Management:

Set up, maintain, and optimize Shopify stores.
Customize themes and ensure seamless navigation for users.
Monitor website performance and implement improvements.
Retail Portals Management:

Manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, etc.
Ensure accurate and updated product descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
Handle promotional campaigns and deals on retail portals.
Sales & Performance Tracking:

Analyze sales trends and prepare performance reports.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead.
Customer Experience:

Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly.
Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Coordination:

Work closely with marketing, inventory, and logistics teams.
Ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in managing Shopify and retail portals.
Proficiency in managing e-commerce tools and platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO for e-commerce.
Analytical mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
