Job Description:
Blumen Cafe is on the lookout for a professional and energetic Barista to join our team! If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy providing excellent customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the coffee industry, be skilled in beverage preparation, and be able to deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks (e.g., espresso, cappuccinos, lattes) and other beverages based on customer orders.
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
Ensure that all health and safety standards are met regarding cleanliness.
Work as part of a team, communicating with colleagues to ensure that the caf? runs smoothly.
Assist other team members during peak hours.
Required Experience:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing role is required.
Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques, espresso machine operation, and drink preparation.
Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidates:

Candidates from Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Nepal, or African countries are highly preferred.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English is a plus to serve our diverse customer base.
