**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Sales Executive to manage and grow our online sales for hand tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and the ability to enhance customer experiences to drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Online Store Management:**
- Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or other online marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions, specifications, and high-quality images.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

2. **Sales Strategy Development:**
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and market share.
- Analyze sales data and identify trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

3. **Digital Marketing & Promotions:**
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to run ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize SEO to improve organic traffic and visibility.

4. **Customer Engagement:**
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers and partners.

5. **Data Analysis & Reporting:**
- Track and analyze key performance metrics like conversion rates, sales revenue, and ROI for campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

6. **Collaboration & Coordination:**
- Work closely with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with product development teams to introduce new tools or update existing ones.

**Qualifications & Skills:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in hand tools or related products.
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
