Description

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, HVAC, or related fields; with at least 3 years of technical experience in the construction industry.
2. Familiar with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical-related specialties, with strong experience in plumbing and electrical systems; proficient in CAD, T-fas, and other relevant software, and familiar with computer systems required for related specialties. Preference given to candidates with skills in quantity surveying.
3. Proficient in English, with the ability to use English as the working language.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, meticulous and responsible, with strong execution ability and teamwork spirit. Able to adapt to overtime work, with excellent drafting skills, organizational coordination abilities, and upright character, free from bad habits.
