Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accountant to join our finance team at Tabarak Kitchen Equipment Manufacturing Factory. The Accountant will play a key role in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This position will provide essential support for the smooth operation of the company's financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded in the company's accounting system (e.g., accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll).
- Post and process journal entries, ensuring all business transactions are recorded.

- **Bank Reconciliations:**
- Reconcile company bank statements and ensure the accuracy of cash flow records.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the business runs smoothly.

- **Accounts Payable & Receivable:**
- Manage the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Liaise with vendors and customers to resolve any issues related to payments.

- **Financial Reporting:**
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders.

- **Tax Compliance:**
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations (e.g., VAT, income tax, and other local taxes).
- Stay up to date on tax laws and regulations affecting the manufacturing industry.

- **Cost Control & Inventory Management:**
- Track and record inventory and manufacturing costs.
- Prepare cost analyses to help management optimize production and reduce operational costs.

- **Audit & Internal Controls:**
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary financial data and documentation.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets.

- **Budgeting & Forecasting:**
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Provide budget analysis and variance reports to help management make informed decisions.

- **Compliance & Record Keeping:**
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and legislation.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records for easy retrieval and review.

### **Qualifications:**

- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification is a plus.

- **Experience:**
- At least 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems).

- **Skills:**
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- **Personal Attributes:**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
