QC Engineer ( Quality Control Engineer )

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure product compliance to drawings and specification.
• To carry out operational tests of the units as required.
• To carry out in-process, final inspection and performance testing of all products.
• Raise observations/ NCR’s relating to any identified mistakes or errors or problems relating to production process and material in coordination with QA Engineer.
• Participate in FMEA, Preparation of 8D reports, investigating product failures.
• To ensure that direct reports follow safety requirements properly.
• To highlight improvements & suggestions related to quality and productivity.
• Preparation of Inspection Test Plan in coordination with team Leaders.
• Carryout factory acceptance test with the clients.
• To implement and maintain safety regulations as per the organizations requirement.
* Inspecting and reporting of non conformances accurately. Ensuring work standards are followed and final product complies with customer requirements.
