Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Firefighting and Fire Alarm Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in estimating firefighting systems (sprinklers, fire pumps, fire hydrants) and fire alarm systems for commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate estimations for firefighting systems, fire alarm systems, and related equipment
Review project blueprints, specifications, and documents to prepare cost estimates
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure budget accuracy
Stay up-to-date with industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations
Prepare detailed bids, proposals, and cost breakdowns
Analyze and negotiate with vendors for material and labor costs
Qualifications:

Proven experience in estimating firefighting and fire alarm systems
Strong understanding of fire safety codes, NFPA regulations, and local building codes
Experience with estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Accubid, etc.)
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
