Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to oversee housekeeping operations, facilities management, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. *Housekeeping Management*: Supervise housekeeping staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of premises.
2. *Facilities Management*: Oversee maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of facilities, equipment, and utilities.
3. *Administrative Tasks*: Provide administrative support, including email management, calendar organization, and data entry.
4. *Event Coordination*: Assist with planning, setup, and execution of events, meetings, and conferences.
5. *Logistics and Supplies*: Manage inventory, procurement, and storage of supplies, equipment, and amenities.
6. *Communication*: Liaise with staff, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
7. *Budgeting and Cost Control*: Monitor expenses, manage budgets, and optimize resource utilization.
8. *Record Keeping*: Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
9. *Health and Safety*: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and emergency procedures.
10. *Miscellaneous*: Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Specific Housekeeping Responsibilities
1. *Staff Supervision*: Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
2. *Cleaning Schedules*: Create and manage cleaning schedules, ensuring timely completion.
3. *Quality Control*: Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards.
4. *Laundry Management*: Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely washing, drying, and folding.
5. *Inventory Management*: Monitor cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.

Specific Administrative Responsibilities
1. *Email and Phone*: Manage email, phone, and postal correspondence.
2. *Calendar Management*: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
3. *Data Entry*: Update records, databases, and spreadsheets.
4. *Document Preparation*: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
5. *Travel Arrangements*: Book travel, accommodations, and transportation.

Requirements
1. *Education*: High school diploma
2. *Experience*: 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in housekeeping or facilities management.
3. *Skills*: Organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
4. *Certifications*: Certification in hospitality, facilities management, or housekeeping (e.g., CHA, CFM).
5. *Software*: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and facility management software.

Preferred Qualifications
1. *Language*: Fluency in English.
2. *Certifications*: OSHA, First Aid, or CPR certification.
3. *Experience*: Background in hospitality, property management, or related field.
