Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Monitor daily site operations and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports and updates to management.
- Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and material requisitions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
- Must be a Saudi National in compliance with Saudization requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site management or engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar tools).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills in both Arabic and English.
