We are looking for a skilled and experienced Denter Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in repairing and restoring vehicle bodies, specifically handling dent removal, metal shaping, and welding tasks. The role requires expertise in various welding techniques and the ability to restore the integrity and appearance of damaged vehicle bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and assess vehicle body damage, determining the extent of dents and structural issues.
Remove dents, repair panels, and restore bodywork to its original condition using various tools and techniques.
Perform welding tasks to repair damaged metal parts of vehicles, ensuring the structure is safe and secure.
Use cutting, grinding, and shaping tools to fix body parts and align panels.
Ensure all welding is done to industry standards and the highest quality.
Restore vehicle body integrity, including reinforcing structural elements where necessary.
Use specialized tools and equipment for dent removal, metal shaping, and welding.
Prepare surfaces for painting by smoothing out repairs and ensuring proper adhesion.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations when using welding equipment and handling materials.
Communicate with customers regarding the work done and provide updates on repair progress.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Denter Welder or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
Ability to remove dents, repair bodywork, and weld metal components effectively.
Experience working with various vehicle makes and models.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality repairs.
Good understanding of vehicle structure and materials.
Ability to work with hand tools, welding equipment, and power tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers.
Certification in welding or relevant vocational training is preferred.
