Job Title: Chemical Technician (Transferable Iqama Required)
Location: Jubail City, Saudi Arabia
Interview Location: In-Person, Jubail City
Salary: Basic 1,500 SAR, Food-400 SAR, Transportation and Accommodation-Company provided
8 Hours Duty/OT

Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot and repair any issues with chemical treatment systems, pumps, valves, and related equipment. Respond promptly to emergency situations to minimize operational disruptions.
2. Ensure pumps are functioning properly by regularly checking flow rates, pressure, and chemical levels. Monitor performance to prevent malfunctions and maintain system efficiency.
3. Adjust chemical dosing based on water quality parameters and feedback from sensors. Ensure accurate chemical application for optimal treatment and safety.
4. Perform regular maintenance, including cleaning, inspections, and checks to prevent clogging, leaks, or other equipment malfunctions. Maintain all systems in peak working condition to avoid downtime.
5. Oversee daily treatment processes, including chemical dosing, filtration, and sludge management, to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all chemical handling and treatment procedures. Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe working practices.
7. Regularly monitor treatment processes and report any deviations or issues to supervisors. Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities, chemical dosages, and equipment performance.
8. Safely handle, store, and dispose of chemicals in accordance with safety standards and environmental regulations. Ensure proper labeling and storage conditions for hazardous materials.
9. Work closely with the mechanical and electrical teams to ensure the proper functioning of the overall treatment system, including pumps, mixers, and filtration units.
10. Suggest and implement improvements in processes, procedures, and equipment to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety standards.

Experience:
•Minimum 5 years of experience in a chemical technician role within the petrochemical industry, preferably with a focus on chemical cleaning works.
•Experience working with and managing a team of industrial service provider personnel.
