Description

The hiring company is seeking a 3D Designer that is able to perform detailed technical drawings effectively and efficiently to support the design team.


Key Responsibilities

• Prepare layouts, sketches, detailed joinery and architectural drawings for assembly and production, for residential and commercial projects.
• Perform calculations for material allowances and weight limitations for fit-out work.
• Review drawings with the relevant construction team members to discuss technical specifications and make required adjustments if necessary.
• Candidates must also coordinate with civil engineers, architects and supervisors to ensure technical details are satisfied.
• Candidate must be able to use computer-aided design software and other design tools such as Rhino, Revit and Autocad to create two and three-dimensional designs of structures and fit-outs.
• Review client requirements to ensure compatibility with materials and ensure final designs are compliant with building codes.


Experience

• Must have 5 years of experience working in the Middle East
• Must have experience in the design of interior and exterior fitouts in high level projects such as hotels, malls, restaurants and private palaces.


Education

• Candidate must hold a diploma/degree in a related field (Civil, Architecture, Interior Design)
• Candidate must be able to speak English and Arabic.

Revit and Rhino expertise is a must, applicants without software knowledge of the programs will not be considered.
