Description

A Senior Accountant/ Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting functions of an organization, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and compliance with financial regulations. This role involves preparing financial reports, managing complex transactions, and mentoring and supervising other accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Accounting Oversight: Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to guide organizational decision-making.
