Job Description of Cashier and Customer Services

• Staying up to date on promotions, advertisements and product information on day-to-day basis
and keep learning so that it helps in the revenue objectives
• Pay attention to detail and listen to customer very well on the customer preferred choices,
however as per understanding of the menu try to upsell and cross-sell most demanding/high
revenue
menu items.
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the counter and always have smiling attitude.
• Taking orders and receiving payments whether in cash or credit and issue print out of invoice
receipts.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
• Bag, box or wrap delivery, eat-in and take away orders accurately and efficiently.
• Always maintain clean and tidy checkout and counter areas.
• Helping kitchen staff when needed.
