Role Overview
The Senior Accountant will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and play a key role in managing financial operations. This position involves preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing ERP systems, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, attention to detail, and expertise in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management & Reporting:
o Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
o Prepare financial statements, monthly performance updates, and variance analyses.
o Assist in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
2. Compliance & Internal Controls:
o Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian financial regulations and standards.
o Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
o Support statutory audits and tax filings.
3. ERP System Implementation & Optimization:
o Participate in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems for financial processes.
o Ensure accuracy and integration of financial data into reporting systems.
4. Cost Analysis & Operational Efficiency:
o Monitor and evaluate costs, identifying opportunities for savings.
o Assist in pricing strategies and contribute to project tenders.
5. Collaboration & Strategic Support:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
o Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills
• Education & Certification:
o Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).
o Professional certification: PIPFA, ICMA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, ideally in manufacturing or project-based industries.
o Experience with ERP system implementation is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
o Knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations (preferred).
• Personal Attributes:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
