(2) QC Inspector (Aramco Approved)

• Reviews the Contractor’s Quality Management Plan and procedure and provide feedback to Quality Manager on their status.
• Monitors’ Project’s Quality tasks, ensuring that every member of the project has the awareness of the quality requirements, Quality management plan and procedures including specification and requirements.
• Reviews the Contractor’s Inspection and Test Plan (IPT)s, Quality Reports, Site Testing reports in compliance with quality requirements.
• Monitors the Contractor’s QA/QC Team performance at project, implementation of the contractor’s Project Quality Plan, Quality procedures at Project and feedback to Quality manager and Project Manager in case of any deviation.
• Reviews Contractor’s Daily/weekly and monthly Quality reports to ensure all data are verified, quality issues/ concerns are resolved per quality standards at Project.
• Prepares EGIS weekly/monthly reports and compare with contractor’s submitted reports and ensure All Quality tasks, concerns, NCRs, Audits etc. are recorded, reported and Appropriate actions are taken on time.
• Conducts Audits on the Project/ Contractors per Audit schedule to ensure the compliance with their Plan, procedures, contract and quality requirements.
• Liaison with the client’s representative on quality related issues during their visit
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in QA/QC field and inspection for infrastructure projects, including roads, utility networks (water, electricity, etc.), and construction Building projects.
• Thorough understanding of QA/QC process, principles and construction practices. Strong knowledge of Project QA/QC functions and tasks.
• Experience in inspecting QA/QC Tasks of the construction works to ensure compliance with quality assurance (QA/QC) standards.
• Strong knowledge of material testing procedures and ability to verify compliance with Local and international standards.
• Proven experience in Managing, supervising and inspecting site QA/QC tasks in accordance with project plans, and specifications.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed Quality report, inspection reports and communicating effectively with project teams and contractors.
• Familiarity with Quality ISO standards and regulations in the construction industry, with a focus on the Saudi market.
• having experience in Quality Auditing in Projects, Certification in Quality auditing is recommended
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Has valid IQAMA and transferable sponsorship
• Can join immediately – applicants preferably in Eastern Province
