Facility Supervisor/ Assistant. Facility Manager:

A Multinational Facility Management company have following requirements for site in Dammam, Khobar region.

Required No.: 1

Job Description:

Oversee the daily operation of facility equipment and systems.
Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance with outside contractors.
Enforce safety rules and procedures and oversee ongoing training of maintenance staff.
Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with local, national regulations.
Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
Coordinate construction and renovation projects as needed.
Maintain accurate facility records and prepare reports for management.

Qualification:

Able to join immediately.
Bachelor’s (BSc, B-Tech.) degree in Engineering, or related field. (Engineering Background)
Prior mandatory experience in a supervisory position minimum 3 years in KSA or Gulf.
Knowledge of maintenance systems, technical operations, and Saudi building codes and regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Comprehensible Microsoft Word, Excel skills to make reports, schedules, work order as required on site activity.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Ability to deal with contractors, vendor management.
Client dealing, adhere to client demands and requests diligently and obediently.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skills from SAR 3500 to SAR 5000 including food, transport, telephone allowances, and bachelor accommodation will be provided.

Preferred with his own car and accommodation, in that case accommodation and transport allowances will be provided by company. other facilities according to Saudi Labor Law.

Note: Only Pakistani candidates available in Dammam, Khobar to join immediately within 15 days with transferrable Iqama having more than 3 years Gulf, KSA experience only.
