Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields such as Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management; with at least 3 years of technical experience in the construction industry.
2. Familiar with civil professional knowledge, construction standards and processes, and capable of independent work; proficient in CAD drawing, BIM modeling, and construction plan drafting.
3. Proficient in English, with the ability to use English as the working language.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, meticulous and responsible, with strong execution ability and teamwork spirit. Able to adapt to overtime work, with excellent drafting skills, organizational coordination abilities, and upright character, free from bad habits.
